The Pixies, riding high off their April release, Indie Cindy, have announced a few North American tour dates for this May. The trek will take the band from New Orleans to Montebello, Quebec, with stops at the Shaky Knees Festival and Boston Calling also scheduled. Fans can expect to hear some new material from the band at the shows as well. -
The Breeders Announce September Tour Dates
Consequence of Sound reports that alternative rock band The Breeders have announced a brief string of tour dates for this September. This tour will be the Breeders' first since last year's world tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band's classic Last Splash LP. The tour begins on September 2nd in St. Louis and ends on September 18th in Los Angeles, where the band will be playing with Neutral Milk Hotel and former member Carrie Bradley. -
