Titled "Goodbye To E!," a parody of "We Are The World," the song pokes fun at Handler's controversial sense of humor, as well as what she has planned for the future. -

The government of the Dominican Republic scheduled for September 13 was cancelled due to the pop star's hypersexual onstage behavior. According to the report from ABC News, "(Cyrus) "undertakes acts that go against morals and customs, which are punishable by Dominican law." -
