The fallen husband of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta's" Phaedra Parks has actually just launched a new business venture, from behind bars. Nida Fitness 4% is intended to be a motivational fitness program that Nida hopes will get people up off the couch. The company's tag line, "It's only 4%," is in reference to the fact that a one hour workout is actually only 4% of most peoples' day.
