Did Aaron Carter commit suicide?

After Carter's body was found on Saturday, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office announced it would not release his official cause of death until toxicology results are returned.

Still, there have been theories lurking around as questions about his death remain unanswered, including whether Nick Carter's brother committed suicide.

On Twitter, Carter's fans expressed their heartbreak after recently losing him. They also mentioned that the singer already showed signs of being suicidal in the days leading to his death, making them think that he died by suicide.

One said, "CW: death, suicide. Just saw that Aaron Carter was found dead this morning, and it looks like it was probably suicide. He was openly bisexual, and the same age as I am now, and a big part of my childhood culture. It's sad and strange, and I hope he and his family find peace."

A news outlet received tips from law enforcement sources saying that no signs of foul play were found at the scene. It also learned that Carter left no suicide note before he was found in his bathtub.

Talks about Carter's cause of death should be taken with a grain of salt for now, though, as the police are yet to release an official statement after confirming his death.

Still, his friends and fans said his passing was unexpected but not surprising as he showed signs before his death.

Aaron Carter Sparked Concerns Days Before His Death

In a copy of the video in question, obtained by a news outlet, Carter showed signs that he needed help. His friends, family, and even his fiancée Melanie already thought he was going to die.

In the clip, Carter read the text from her where she told him he was going to die because of the things he was doing, including huffing during an Instagram Live.

Unfortunately, it was too late for everyone as he succumbed on Saturday after he drowned in his bathtub. The responders tried checking him on Friday, though, but he refused to do the welfare check as he said there was no cause for concern.
