• Simon Cowell Disses Zayn Malik for One Direction Comments, Says He's "Rude"

    Zayn Malik's Fader Magazine cover and his comments about his former band One Direction in it caused quite a stir. Malik's solo career after leaving the band seemed to be off to a slow start, but then the former boy-bander surprised everyone when he announced dual deals with Turn First Artists management and RCA Records in the span of one week back in July. Simon Cowell, who was the band's mentor during their early days on the 'X-Factor,' wasn't pleased with the interview, and even dissed Malik, referring to him as "rude."

Comedian, talk show and radio show host Steve Harvey hosted the Miss Universe pageant this past weekend and in a 5-minute time frame that would be turned into hundreds of memes, gifs and YouTube videos, accidentally named the wrong contestant as the newest Miss Universe. Contrary to popular belief though, the mistake wasn't enough to get him fired for life as it has just been announced that Harvey has been asked back to host 2016's pageant.

    On the heels of a very serious illness, Tamar Braxton-Herbert took some time last week to fellowship with her talented family and serenade audience members on the talk show The Real. Viewers of the popular show Tamar and Vince have watched as Braxton-Herbert's health rapidly declined due to an intensely busy schedule (Dancing with the Stars, cohosting The Real, putting out new music). Tests revealed the singer suffers from blood clots and a condition called thoracic outlet syndrome, which causes the muscles around her ribs to become enlarged after strenuous activity. After removing the clots with blood thinners, Braxton-Herbert underwent major surgery to have her rib removed and relieve pressure.

    Eagles of Death Metal were hard hit by the devastating tragedy that occurred at their concert at Le Bataclan on Nov. 13, where 89 concert-goers were slain during an ISIS terrorist attack. Jesse Hughes and Josh Homme had already given a video interview to VICE on the Paris attacks, and now in a new interview on playing with U2 in the nation's capital. Based on the interview, it was extremely challenging for Hughes to again take the stage after the tragedy and found a mentor in Bono, who has been supportive of the group during this challenging time.
