Incubus and the Deftones will join forces for a summer tour that kicks off July 22 in Clarkston, Michigan, and wraps Aug. 30 in San Diego. Death from Above 1979 will tag along for all but one of the dates in addition to support band The Bots. The courts are taking heed of SiriusXM's warning that it may pull all pre-1972 music from its airwaves. According to 'The Hollywood Reporter,' the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals granted a petition for review of recent lawsuits filed against the satellite radio giant. -
Suge Knight’s Bail Reduced To $10 Million, One Hit-And-Run Count Dropped In Murder Case
Suge Knight just received some good news. A judge lowered his bail to $10 million, which Knight, who is currently incarcerated, will reportedly be able to post. The judge had initially set the former music executive's bail to $25 million, and when Knight found out, he passed out in court. It has now been lowered it by $15 million after the judge second-guessed his first decision. According to TMZ, Suge's lawyer Matthew Fletcher says he'll be able to make bail as early as today. -

Slayer, The Replacements and Passion Pit will all headline one day of the Converse Rubber Tracks Live music festival in Boston.
