Bailon, 31, revealed the news during a taping of The Real, which will air Feb. 9. She surprised co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Tamar Braxton, and Tamera Mowry, who were flipping through pages looking for the latest Hollywood gossip when Bailon said there was an important story that hadn't been included. -
