  • Chvrches Share Animated Sci-Fi Music Video For "Under The Tide" [WATCH]

    Scottish synthpop trio Chvrches have shared the music video for their latest single “Under The Tide,” which you can check out below. The Sing J. Lee-directed video uses animation and psychedelic visuals to tell some sort of sci-fi story while synth-player Martin Doherty sings along the track. The band’s other two members, Lauren Mayberry and Iain Cook, show up as well towards the video’s end.

    A previously reported, Kesha has filed a lawsuit claiming that Dr. Luke (Lukasz Gottwald) was sexually, physically and emotionally abusive toward her during their 10-year partnership. Dr. Luke, in turn, filed a defamation suit claiming that the accusations are false and that Kesha and her mother Pebe are making these claims in an attempt to extort Gottwald into releasing the singer from her exclusive recording contract. In an interview with Radio.com, promoting the upcoming Flaming Lips album, With A Little Help From My Fwends, frontman Wayne Coyne defended Kesha and gave his take on her relationship with Dr. Luke.

AraabMuzik delivers the track's sunny — yet vaguely sinister — guitar-based beat, complete with a vocal hook that is probably going to get stuck in your head all day.
