Currently women generally are earning 78 cents on the dollar to men and so it made perfect sense to ask Nadella how a woman should proceed in business in order to make money. Rather than offering wisdom that the women in attendance could put into use he seemed to be stuck in the dark ages. Not only does Nardella support starting a position at a lower pay rate but he also is against asking for a raise. -
