We told you last week about a fight that occurred between Melyssa Ford and Geneva Thomas while they were filming 'Blood, Sweat & Heels,' their reality show on Bravo. Apparently the ladies got into a verbal fight that turned violent and ended with Thomas smashing a bottle over Ford's head. The on-camera assault left Ford in need of stitches and a hospital bed. The incident caused Thomas to be painted as violent so she has filed a $25 million dollar defamation suit. -

Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams' "Blurred Lines" lawsuit is starting to look like it won't end in their favor. According to The Hollywood Reporter, U.S. District Judge John Kronstadt has denied Thicke and Williams' motion for a summary judgment in a copyright lawsuit concerning their 2013 megahit, concluding that the song may have too much in common with Marvin Gaye's 1977 hit "Got To Give It Up." -

Just as The Who have done for their upcoming 50th anniversary releases, Metallica is calling upon its diehard fans to help them out with some upcoming reissues. In a statement posted to their website, the thrash metal legends have asked fans to submit any videos, photos, bootleg recordings, or any sort of memorabilia that they may have from the band's early years to include in the upcoming reissues of their first two studio albums: "Kill 'Em All" and "Ride The Lightning." -

Terminally Ill Brittany Maynard Decides to Postpone Originally Planned Nov. 1 Death with Dignity Date, Continues to Advocate for the Cause [WATCH]
In the last month, Brittany Maynard's story has garnered international attention as it naturally has caused people to weigh in. On Jan. 1 of this year Maynard was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer which causes a debilitating and often slow death. While Maynard was originally given only 6 months to live she has made it longer and still is able to find joy and laughter in each day in spite of suffering through extreme pain and daily seizures that cause her not even remember her husband's name. Earlier this month Maynard went public with her story in an attempt to raise awareness for "death with dignity" and at that point she had marked Nov. 1 as the date when she would willingly take prescribed medication to peacefully end her life surrounded by loved ones. Now, according to a new video posted to her site, it seems that Maynard has changed her mind- at least for now.
