Rosie claims to have grown enough to care a little less what people think of her now but she still was quite shocked at how negative the process of casting other co-hosts ended up being.

    Unfortunately Dusty Hill didn't heal up quite as fast as ZZ Top fans might have liked and the band has cancelled 27 tour dates from its schedule for the rest of 2014. Although a statement reads that the band is aiming to make up every one of the cancelled dates during 2015, nothing is confirmed as of yet.

    Last December the soap opera world was rocked with a scandal that got far more national coverage then anything their writers' could dream up. Michael Muhney had spent years garnering rave reviews for his work as Adam Newman over on 'The Young & The Restless'. He was one of the most popular actors on the show until a younger co-star, Hunter King accused him of groping her breasts. Muhney was eventually dismissed in spite of it being a he said-she said kind of situation and the most diehard soap fans rallied around the actor.

    Earlier this week, Usher announced that his upcoming album UR "isn't scheduled anymore," though it had been slated for release later this year. The singer told Billboard that he was taking his time with the album, which is set to feature Chris Brown, Drake, Skrillex, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, and more. Usher recently spoke with XXL to give more details on the record, who he's been working with, and what to expect from his upcoming The UR Experience Tour.

    Former R.E.M. singer Michael Stipe has written an essay concerning his personal experiences with the Sept. 11 attacks and the way in which the United States responded to it, both politically and culturally. Written for artist Douglas Copeland's book Everywhere Is Anywhere Is Anything Is Everything, the essay has been republished by The Guardian today on the anniversary of the attacks.
