Joe is looking at a likely 4 years in prison and then the possibility of deportation back to Italy afterward. Teresa is looking at about 2 years of either prison or house arrest. Rumors have been swirling around these two like crazy, with the most recent being that she has gotten her ducks in a row and will file for divorce once Joe "goes away."
