  • New York Port Authority to honor the Beatles with historical marker

    To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Beatle's invasion of the United States, the New York Port Authority is putting up a historical marker at the Central Terminal Area at John F. Kennedy Airport, the location where the Beatles first landed and where they held their first U.S. press conference before their debut U.S. appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show. The event will take place February 7 at 11:30 a.m. ET, according to Radio.com.
