Suge Knight just received some good news. A judge lowered his bail to $10 million, which Knight, who is currently incarcerated, will reportedly be able to post. The judge had initially set the former music executive's bail to $25 million, and when Knight found out, he passed out in court. It has now been lowered it by $15 million after the judge second-guessed his first decision. According to TMZ, Suge's lawyer Matthew Fletcher says he'll be able to make bail as early as today.

This good news was followed by more good news for Knight. The judge also decided to drop one of the hit-and-run counts from the fatal collision. However, Knight is still on the hook for the murder or attempted murder counts.

Earlier this week, a key witness in the case, Cle "Bone" Sloan, refused to "snitch" on Knight by testifying against the rap mogul. He was one of the three men who was hit by Knight's vehicle on January 20 and was the one involved in the inciting brawl with Knight, which occurred through the window of Knight's vehicle on the set of the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton. Knight and Sloan reportedly traded punches before Knight put his truck in reverse, knocking Sloan and Terry Carter (who later died) on to the ground and pulling forward to run both men over.

When Sloan, who suffered a badly mangled left foot and head injuries, took the witness stand at a preliminary hearing of the case, the prosecutor raised the topic of snitching to which Sloan said he doesn't "want to be used to send this man to prison."

He added, "I screwed up and Terry's dead." Sloan, who identified himself as a "non-active gang member," even declined to positively identify Knight when asked.

Knight was charged with murder and attempted murder after being arrested on Jan. 30. If found guilty of murder, Knight faces a mandatory sentence of 25 years to life in prison under California's three-strikes rule. The former Death Row Records executive has plead not guilty.

This case is ongoing. We will update you as more information becomes available. Below is video footage of the incident [WARNING: GRAPHIC].
