Nicki Minaj is the latest star to get her own wax figure at Madame Tussauds. Her figure is shown in the twerk pose she used in the beginning of the "Anaconda" video and arrives a year after the video's release.  The Pinkprint rapper calls the statue "so iconic."

The statue was unveiled yesterday (August 4) and Nicki said it came as complete surprise. Still, she was over the moon as she shared a recording of the "Anaconda" recreation being unveiled to the press on her Instagram. Nicki's figure is down on all fours, ready to twerk and she's surrounded backup dancers from the video, also made into wax. Though she gladly would've gone to Vegas for the event, she thanked the museum, calling the statue "so iconic."

She went on to share several more pictures of the figure on Instagram.

The news comes just as Nicki is about to be converted into another medium, as she plans to star in an upcoming video game.

In March, the Vegas museum recreated another classic video moment, putting Miley Cyrus and her wrecking ball into wax.

Minaj felt the "Anaconda" video should have been nominated for the Video of the Year at this year's MTV VMAs. Taylor Swift took Nicki's discontent as an affront but Swift soon retracted and admitted she had "missed the point."
