After adopting a new sense of self-confidence and finally turning 18, Kylie Jenner has a new outlook on life and is ready to take the world by storm. Dealing with rumors and drama is something she just can't seem to escape, but she's found ways to block out the naysayers and live happily with her choices. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently sat down with Galore magazine to discuss her crazy lifestyle, growing up fast under the public eye, business ventures and looking up to older sister Kim Kardashian.
Coming from a famous family forces you into a lifestyle you might not be ready for or necessarily want. If there's one thing the Kardashian and Jenner families are known for, it's their physical appearance. Jenner, the youngest in her family, has received both backlash and praise for her plumped up lips, seductive attire, enhanced assets and dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga.
While many believe the reality star was too young to undergo cosmetic surgery, others, including Jenner herself, believe she made the personal decision to enhance her confidence and feel better about herself. Now that the reality star is considered a legal adult, people don't seem to be directing criticism her way as much and she doesn't understand why age played such a big deal in her lifestyle choices.

"It just makes no sense that, even a month ago, people were complaining that I was too young to be doing certain things," said Jenner to Galore. "And now people are just okay with it because I'm grown. I don't know why that one day made such a difference, but it really does change things for people."
She went on to discuss why age doesn't really matter to her. "The reality is that I don't even want to be 18. I wish I could be 17 for the rest of my life. I don't want to get any older. I just want to be young and enjoy it but this lifestyle absolutely made me grow up faster. For me, age is just a number," she said.
=What some people fail to recognize are her many accomplishments in the business world and how growing up under the media's watchful eye, encouraged her to pursue things that people in their 30s haven't even accomplished yet. Not only did she launch her own hair extension, cosmetic lip kit line and an anti-bullying campaign, but the California native is also working towards launching her own personal website called KylieJenner.com. It will feature original video content, tutorials, fashion advice, and more.

Her social media presence is also one to be reckoned with. According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Jenner is the most influential out of her family when it comes to young fans and their fashion choices. With over 35 million followers on Instagram, a highly watched Snapchat account and 11 million followers on Twitter, there's no denying the influence she has in today's culture. Jenner wouldn't have been able to get where she is today in business without the inspiration and help of big sister Kim Kardashian.
"Kim has definitely inspired the business side of me the most. It's her work ethic. If she wants to do something, she goes out and does it. She's really smart in that way," Jenner said. "Well, my mom has raised us all like that. I am definitely like that. I need to be doing some type of work all the time. If I'm not working for two weeks, I freak out. But I also love having down time with friends."
