Zayn Malik certainly knows how to tease his fans - credit his years in One Direction for that tactic. On Tuesday (Feb. 2), the emerging solo star premiered a short snippet of a new song "Late Nights" in a sexy shirtless video.

Zayn starts off the video staring into the camera, with his chest full of tattoos in full sight, though he eventually peers away from the camera lens, allowing the music to take over.

Though the volume is pumped up so loudly that you can't hear "Late Nights" clearly, Zayn can be heard crooning what sounds like "Late nights, red eyes, I need you" in his signature low, smoky style. The music, which sounds nearly equal to Zayn's vocals in the mix, maintain the deep, dreamy R&B and house tones that we first heard in Zayn's debut single "Pillowtalk," which was released on Friday (Jan. 29) after weeks of anticipation.

Though the title "Late Nights" is technically unconfirmed, Zayn captioned the short black and white video with the phrase, hinting at the song's name.

"Late Nights" and "Pillowtalk" are two tracks out of 17 or 18 songs set to appear on Zayn's debut album Mind of Mine, which is due out March 25. Other expected tracks include "Befour," "She" and "Mind of Mine."

As Zayn continues to tease new music and the rollout of his debut album, he's already seeing solo success in his homeland, the United Kingdon. According to The Official Charts Company, "Pillowtalk" is aiming for a No. 1 debut overseas, beating recent releases from Rihanna, Jonas Blue and Shawn Mendes.
