Rihanna and Beyonce are indeed industry rivals, but according to fellow Destiny's Child songstress Kelly Rowland, that's not necessarily a bad thing!

The "Dirty Laundry" crooner actually encourages such "healthy" competition between the two Hollywood divas:

"They are two women who support each other," she said in an interview with the New York Daily News. "The rest of the world starts the rivalry. They are very secure women."

The "FourFiveSeconds" singer basically voiced the same mentality during a recent discussion with Vogue

"Here's the deal. They just get so excited to feast on something that's negative. Something that's competitive. Something that's, you know, a rivalry. And that's just not what I wake up to. Because I can only do me. And nobody else is going to be able to do that."

Meanwhile, rumors surrounding Bey's "rocky" relationship with rapper Jay-Z still remain viral online. But the popular hip-hop couple continues going strong, and they have yet to mention anything about a pending blowout divorce.

But if anything, the "Partition" beauty still has her "Say My Name" girls to lean on!

"I always see the ladies," Rowland also revealed. "We always hang out. Michelle [Williams] was just at my house last week. Myself and B were hanging out - even though it is not in front of everyone at the Super Bowl. We were at her house."

Funny enough, Bey actually hyped RiRi's career from the very beginning!

The 28-year-old Barbadian beauty first caught the attention of renowned record producer LA Reid  - but with a little help from the Queen.

As reported by MstarsNews:

The former "X-Factor" judge reveals in his new tell-all book - Sing To Me: My Story of Making Music, Finding Magic, and Searching for Who's Next - that the "Flawless" superstar was very impressed with Rih's vocal skills even before she became a worldwide pop sensation.

Several years ago (2005), the infamous BadGal performed at an industry showcase attended by a slew of big-name musicians (including Jay and Bey). Reids' ears really perked-up when the "Halo" crooner whispered, "That Rihanna girl... She's a beast!"

And later, when Rih formally auditioned in Reids' office, she actually covered a Beyonce song! That really sealed the deal:

"I saw her determination," Reid explains. "Her commitment."

And the rest is history. The "BBHMM" singer began working with Jay, and is now a top recording artist signed under Roc Nation.

Maybe it's time for an epic collaboration?
