Drake made game streaming history on Wednesday night. The rapper teamed up with Ninja and played Fortnite: Battle Royale.

Ninja (Tyler Blevins) livestreamed the action via Twitch, and he and Drake broke the current streaming records for the company. The game garnered over 600,000 viewers, and Drake broke the previous record of 388,000 viewers for the game.

Drake revealed that he has been playing Fortnite for the past couple of months. He said that he typically plays the game to relieve himself off stress. Drake typically spends 20 hours in the studio, and he takes a break from making music by playing the game.

Drake Responds To Kanye West's Shade

The "God's Plan" singer also made headlines last month after he responded to Kanye West's criticism over his song "For Free." The track was released last year, and it is Drake's collaboration with DJ Khaled.

"I'm not really sure what he's referring to half the time ... I think everybody has their own little things going on. I'm not really sure what he's referring to half the time, because in the same breath, I went from being ... like working on a project with him, to him sorta publicly sh****** on me and DJ Khaled for being on the radio too much," said Drake.

The "One Dance" singer also said that he understands that West is entitled to his own opinions, but he does not respect them one bit.

"You know, because I feel like me and Khaled are just good people. I'm not sure why we're the target of your choice that you made that night. And yeah I accept what you're going through, and I just go and continue working on my own thing," added Drake.

Last year, rumors swirled that Drake and West will be collaborating on new music together. However, the 31-year-old singer said that he is no longer interested to team up with Kim Kardashian's husband. West was also supposed to be featured in Drake's Views album, but he decided to not include him. According to Drake, this move upset West terribly.

Drake's 'God's Plan'

Earlier this year, Drake also released the official music video for "God's Plan." The track has been at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the past seven weeks. "God's Plan" is featured in Drake's Scary Hours EP. Another song in the album that has already been released is "Diplomatic Immunity."

The official track list for Scary Hours has yet to be released by Drake.
