Cardi B has announced that she will be hosting Saturday Night Live on April 7. The rapper will be joined by Chadwick Boseman.

Cardi B shared the news with her millions of social media followers on Sunday, March 18. Details about the singer's appearance are still being kept under wraps. However, some speculations suggest that there will be at least one Black Panther sketch in the upcoming episode.

Cardi B's First Studio Album

Other than her upcoming guesting on Saturday Night Live, the female rapper is also busy preparing for the release of her first studio album. While accepting the Best New Artist recognition at the iHeartRadio Music Awards earlier this month, the 25-year-old said that her album will be available next month.

Last year, she claimed that her album will be available in October, but it did not happen. In November, she told her fans that her compilation will be released next year and said that it is because she is such a perfectionist.

"I have a lot of pressure on me. I have songs stashed up. I just don't think they qualified for my album. Sometimes I think is ready sometimes I think it's not so I'm going to take my time till it's right," said Cardi B.

'Bodak Yellow' Success

Last year, Cardi B dropped "Bodak Yellow," and the song became such a huge hit. The rapper admitted that it has been difficult to come up with a song that could become as huge as the track.

"Every single time I think I got all the 10 songs I'm like, I'm buggin. These ain't it. It's just like, damn I'm competing with myself. I'm competing with the goddamn No. 2 record [on the Billboard Hot 100] and stuff," added the singer.

Is Cardi B Pregnant?

Last week, the "MotorSport" hitmaker also made headlines after reports swirled that she is six months pregnant with her first child. Cardi B and her fiancé Offset have not confirmed the reports.

However, fans are convinced that the singer is indeed expecting because she appears to have gained some weight. In the past, Cardi B said that she is not pregnant. She also asked her fans and critics to mind their own business and not care too much about her physical appearance.

If Cardi B is indeed pregnant, she is expected to give birth sometime in July. She is also scheduled to perform at Coachella next month, and TMZ said that even though she is expecting, she will not miss the annual arts and music festival.
