No official announcement is made yet on who gets to perform at "Music Biggest Night", but with its new venue at Sin City, the 2022 Grammys is up for an iconic show.

After being rescheduled because of the Omicron surge across the United States, the Recording Academy has finally pinned down a date, April 3, 2022.

But because of the rescheduled date, problems on venue availability have risen because of the date coinciding with several sporting events in the country.

Previously held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, the 64th Annual Grammy Awards made a detour to Sin City for this year.

With careful considerations in both financial and logistical aspects, the MGM Grand Garden Arena is the final venue for "Music Biggest Night", announced recently.

Since the venue and final date have been set in stone already, the next question in line is who will be performing on April 3?

Who will be performing?

Recently, Adele and Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak) have announced their respective Las Vegas Residencies. Coincidentally, both of the artist's schedules are free on April 3, the day of the Grammys.

Although Adele's record-breaking "30" album and "Easy On Me" single were not nominated this year because of eligibility issues, it would not hurt the Recording Academy to book her without any nominations - just like what they did to Silk Sonic last year.

On the other hand, it might be considered a "crime" if the Academy would not let Silk Sonic perform again consecutively with their four nominations, including Song of The Year for "Leave The Door Open".

Doja Cat, nominated for eight awards, is expected to deliver her trademark lavish television performance. Tied with Doja, Bieber might also be performing his collab with Kid Laroi, "STAY".

As their multiple nominations suggest, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and even Lil Nas X seemed to be performing on the show, with eight, six, and five nods, respectively.

On the other hand, Taylor Swift, nominated for Album of The Year for two years in a row, is also on the running to perform at the Grammys.

BTS, whose passionate fans are in a frenzy every time the group makes a televised performance, is nominated again for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. The Academy might select the Korean superstars to perform to reel in more viewership from its very dedicated fanbase.

Although no official list of performers has been announced yet, the coming weeks and months might be filled with more information nearing the much-anticipated event in the music industry.
