Kid Rock, the self-proclaimed "American Bad Ass" will not alter his tone, despite it being the cause of his near cancellation.

Kid Rock will not back down from his 2019 drunken tirade, in which he attacked Oprah Winfrey by name during a Nashville performance, despite the uproar.

The 51-year-old rapper dropped the surprise during the most recent episode of Fox Nation's "Tucker Carson Originals."

"A drunk man's words are a sober man's thoughts - I own what I said," the the musician, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, told Carlson, 53, a conservative commentator.

The "Redneck Paradise" singer was referencing to the infamous 2019 incident in which he insulted the billionaire media mogul on stage at his Nashville restaurant, the Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N' Roll Steakhouse.

"Oprah Winfrey is like, 'Hey, I just want women to believe in this s- -t,'" the "Cowboy" singer said in the video, uploaded by TMZ. "F- -k her, she can suck d- -k sideways.

Then, to demonstrate that he was not "racist," Rock insulted "The View" anchor Joy Behar, yelling, "I'm not a bad guy, I'm just an honest guy, saying I don't like Oprah Winfrey or Joy Behar."

The Trump supporter was escorted off the platform by security following the conclusion of his profanity-laced tirade. Meanwhile, Rock's restaurant in Detroit, Made In Detroit, closed as a result of the ferocious opposition to his obscene tirade.

Despite the outcry, the outspoken musician maintains his position.

When asked about the event, the musician explained that he is truly no Oprah Winfrey fan. The problem was that he got intoxicated, which prompted him to just tell his feelings out loud - on a stage.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Rock addressed another humiliating misstep he made that evening, in which he insulted Kathie Lee Gifford instead of Kathy Griffin for her pretend beheading of former president Donald Trump.

"I was trying to go after Kathy Griffin you know, for holding up Trump's head, but I'm so out of it I'm like 'f- -k Kathie Lee Gifford,'" said the rueful rocker. "When it comes back on TMZ or whatever a few weeks later I'm like, 'Oh man, I like Kathie Lee Gifford."

This is not really the first time that Rock made some scathing comment and refused to withdraw his comment.

In a notorious instance from 2021, the provocateur replied to criticism of his previous homophobic remarks by repeating the offensive term.
