Many artists from the hip-hop industry have paid their individual tributes to Takeoff after the news of his death started making headlines over the past few days. Cardi B, the wife of Offset who was infamously tangled in a beef with his former rap group Migos, recently made a big move for the late rapper.

According to Billboard, the "WAP" hitmaker subtly paid tribute to Takeoff by retweeting a video posted by Complex where the late artist was seen interacting with his Migos groupmates Quavo and Offset.

The female rapper's husband described the best gift he ever got, which is his bond and friendship with his brothers. He noted that none of them would amass massive success without the help of one another.

"We help each other up through hard times, through good times. I don't know nothing else," he said.

On the other hand, Offset also made a big move over the recent passing of his good pal as TMZ reported that the Atlanta-based artist canceled his performance presented by Faze Clan.

The rapper was set to perform at the MGM Music Hall in Boston, Massachusetts.

Although the reason why he canceled his appearance was not confirmed, Uproxx suggested that it could be because of Takeoff's death.

Offset has a scheduled show in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 10, but there is still no confirmation whether the rapper will attend or not.

Migos Friendship Fall-Out

The trio was one of rap music's best groups in the industry until their friendship started falling out when Offset distanced himself from the two other members.

The musician made a big move in August when he reportedly unfollowed his two pals on Instagram.

Many speculated about their disbandment when Quavo and Takeoff released their own song "Hotel Lobby." Just last month, they dropped a collaborative album titled "Only Built for Infinity Links."

In early reports, Quavo confirmed that Offset is no longer a part of the group, saying, "Right now, we gon' be the duo 'til time tell." As of this writing, the rapper has yet to comment on the matter.

The issue began when the trio canceled their set at Governor's Ball Music Festival in New York. At the time, a representative for the rappers confirmed that they would not be disbanding.
