Taylor Swift is making headlines over the past few hours as her highly-anticipated "The Eras" tour began its pre-sale. More recently, many fans were complaining as resell passes are priced at thousands of dollars.
According to Pop Factions, floor tickets to the concert are being resold for $2,000 to a whopping $24,000 even though they were originally priced at $300 to $800.
As seen on screenshots provided by the account, the ultimate front row package, priced at $18,000 each, contains VIP passes which let fans have access to a private entrance, a cash bar, a light fare grill, and special restrooms at the Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois.
After the website mishap, many fans immediately expressed their disappointment to the ticket provider, saying it's unfair for other fans to buy resell tickets at a higher price.
"no way am I getting tickets I just saw most of the tickets on resale sites already and nosebleeds are over $1000 and decent seats close to $3000 and floor 8k sucks that people bought just to resell," one wrote.
"@Ticketmaster needs to put a limit on how much a person can resell tickets for, That's f****** absurd," another one wrote.

One fan suggested that Ticketmaster should make the tickets non-transferable and cancel the people who try to resell their tickets.
Another user also noted that the ticket-selling website should have a cap or allowance for resellers that limits them to only sell the passes within its original price range.
As of this writing, Taylor Swift and Ticketmaster have not commented on the issue.

Aside from the reselling mishap, many fans also complain about Ticketmaster's website as some of them reportedly experienced technical difficulties while attempting to purchase tickets for the concert.
According to CNN Business, a handful of customers aired their thoughts online after the site crashed due to the high number of people trying to buy passes.
Ticketmaster issued a statement to the outlet, confirming that their website isn't down and people are still buying tickets.
The merchant also tweeted that there has been "historically unprecedented demand with millions showing up" to buy tickets.
Taylor Swift's tour will kick off at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on March 18.
