According to The Things, both singers first met in 2008 after being linked respectively to Jonas Brothers members Nick and Joe Jonas.

Since then, they have been inseparable. The pair have walked several red carpet events together, filmed TikTok videos, celebrated birthdays, gone on vacations, and many more.

The "Wizards of Waverly Place" star also surprised many fans as a special guest during some of Swift's biggest tours for the eras of "Speak Now," "Reputation," and "1989."

Taylor Swift 'The Eras' Tour Updates

In early reports, fans claimed on Twitter that they received an e-mail from Ticketmaster, saying they have another chance to snag tickets for the upcoming tour.

Fans who received messages are said to be a part of the "Verified Fan" pre-sale but were unsuccessful to purchase passes last month.

Ticketmaster also took the opportunity to apologize to fans regarding the issues, saying that it was Taylor Swift's team that asked them to reach out to fans.

For those who received e-mails, it is still uncertain for them whether they would secure tickets despite receiving a message. Tickets are only limited to two people per transaction request.
