Just when fans believed Aaron Carter's estate was in order.

Melanie Martin, the late pop star's fiancée, allegedly hired a lawyer and asked to be informed of the developments in the probate lawsuit brought by Angel, Aaron's twin sister.

The mother of one, according to court records acquired by Radar Online, hired a lawyer to file a notice in the lawsuit initiated by Angel. According to the "request for particular notice," Melanie and her lawyer must be kept informed of all case developments.

Aaron and Melanie both have Prince 1.

On November 5, the "I'm All About You" singer's lifeless body was discovered inside his Lancaster, California, home. Authorities on the site said that his bedroom had compressed air cans and prescription medication scattered.

Immediately after Aaron's passing, according to the outlet's other reporting, Angel Carter went to court and requested that they appoint her as Aaron's estate administrator. After all, the once-teen idol passed away without leaving a will.

She requested control over Aaron Carter's funds in her petition. She disclosed that the inheritance of his deceased brother is worth $550,000. In addition, Aaron's personal property is valued at $220,000, while his real estate is worth $350,000. The total fair market value of Aaron's properties is $750,000.

According to the filing, Aaron passed away without leaving a will. Documents also showed that Angel wanted the court to name Prince, Aaron's son, as a beneficiary of the estate.

The remains of Aaron Carter were cremated and given to his twin sister. A portion of his ashes will be interred in the gravesof his late sister Leslie Carter and their mother Jane after she passes away, and the entire family intends to scatter the remainder on a Florida beach.

Melanie Martin's fiancée admitted she wasn't invited to the memorial, which suggests conflict between Melanie Martin and the Carter family may be developing.

Since she wasn't allowed to be present to disperse Aaron's ashes at the memorial, a source said, "she will have her own memorial for Aaron with her family, their son Prince, and some of Aaron's closest friends."

The insider continued by revealing how Prince's mother is attempting to maintain objectivity about the family's choice and let the attorneys handle everything pertaining to his estate.
