Do you know what "ATWTMVTVFTV" stands for?

Through Stanford University's newest course called "All Too Well (Ten Week Version)," you will.

According to reports, one of Tylor Swift's most controversial songs, "All Too Well (Ten Minute Version) (Taylor's Version) (From the Vault) is going to be dissected by Stanford students starting this year.

The prestigious university based in California unveiled its syllabus which included the said course as a part of its ITALIC 99 courses which "offer students an introduction to topics taught by alumni of the program."

"With each quarter offering unique courses, these student-led classes are focused on hands-on learning and have included topics such as travel sketching, watercolor, music composition, improv acting, animation, and digital art, among many others," reads the Stanford University website.

This is not the first time Swift and her music have been subjected to actual lessons at a tertiary level, in fact, Stanford is but one of a growing list of universities that have adapted Swift and her music into its syllabus and curriculum.

Reports note that New York University previously launched a course dedicated to the singer back in 2022, after awarding the multi-awarded singer with an honorary doctorate.

The University of Texas also launched its own course called The Taylor Swift Songbook," while Queen's University in Kingston, Canada did likewise with its own version called "Taylor Swift's Literary Legacy."

Taylor Swift and the Academe

According to Rolling Stone, NYU's Taylor Swift course was taught by Brittany Spanos, who is clearly a big fan and an enthusiast of music and lyrics-both Swift's forte.

"I want them to have fun listening to music and engage with pop music beyond the idea of pop as guilty pleasure," Spanos said.

She also noted that the course will give students an insight into the workings of one of the most talented artists of this generation by "[learning] how to appreciate that type of songwriting and listen to her and understand her beyond the way that the public has shaped her."

As of this writing, Swift is gearing up for her most anticipated tour year, "The Eras" tour, which is expected to kick off next week, on Mar. 17, in Glendale Arizona.

The tour will begin in March and it is expected to wrap up its North American leg of the tour in August.
