Steve Vai added more stops to his 2023 Inviolate World Tour.

The iconic American guitarist presented his 9-track studio album on Jan. 28, 2022, and it has since appeared on several charts globally. A year after its release, Vai confirmed its accompanying tour, with new dates and venues added recently.

Steve Vai Announces World Tour

Following the confirmation of his 2023 shows, Vai unveiled 26 additional North American stops where he would promote his album. He shared the new dates after previously confirming his visit to cities and venues in South America and Mexico in June.

His first stop will be at the Best of Blues and Rock Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on June 3 and will end on Aug. 19 at the Golden State Theater in Monterey, California.

Vai's full-packed schedule came after he told Full Metal Jackie in February that he had a fruitful schedule over the past months. He hinted at the continuation of his Inviolate World Tour in Africa and India, but the details have yet to be finalized.

"A lot of tour prepping right now to continue the Inviolate tour because I had a solo record that came out a year ago," he went on. "I've been touring my butt off on that."
