The "Barbie" movie unveiled the soundtrack, "I'm Just Ken," and it actually features Guns N' Roses guitarist, Slash, and Wolfgang Van Halen.

Ryan Gosling sang one of the official soundtracks ahead of its release, and Warner Bros. recently debuted its official music video for the Greta Gerwig-directed film.

But to fans' surprise, they learned that the track also features Slash and Wolfgang.

What Slash, Wolfgang Van Halen Contributed to "Barbie" Soundtrack Revealed

Mark Ronson, who wrote the song, said during a red carpet interview with Variety at the film's premiere in Los Angeles on Sunday that Slash - whom he referred to as his hero - was involved in the making of "I'm Just Ken."

"I was, what, [in] seventh grade when Appetite for Destruction came out," he said. "He's my all-time hero. I had pictures of Slash all over my walls. So when we were getting near this song being done, I was like, 'It never hurts to ask.' It seems like such a long shot."

The songwriter reportedly sent the song to Slash, which the Guns N' Roses rocker found "good" that he approved of working on it.

Ronson received his "yes" and heard how Slash ultimately killed the song when he played on it, revealing that the guitarist played the track's rhythm parts and performed the end alone.

Meanwhile, Wolfgang also took to Twitter and confirmed that Ronson contacted him earlier this year since the songwriter wanted to include his "mammoth guitar sound" to the "Barbie" soundtrack. He detailed that he applied textural stuff throughout the film and did some solo music for the two major spots.

Among the other "Barbie" soundtracks are Lipa's "Dance The Night," Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice's "Barbie World," Charli XCX's "Speed Drive," Karol G's "Watati," and PinkPantheress' "Angel."

"Barbie" will officially hit the big screen on July 21.

Slash Also Busy on New Horror Film Project

Apart from "Barbie," Slash also shared some of his time working on the soundtrack for the horror film, "The Breach."

In an interview with NME, he revealed that he worked on the new project during COVID-19, making it a distance work where he wrote his part and sent them in. He also had solo guitar and acoustic guitar bits, which would be used in the flick.
