Cher has been a big part of the entertainment industry for decades now because aside from being a successful musician with massive hits throughout her career, she is also an actress and a former television host with her ex-husband, Sonny Bono.

The legendary singer has been working for a long time and many people are curious whether she's planning to retire soon, but based on her recent interview, it appears that the musician has no plans on slowing down.

In a recent interview with Good Morning Britain, the "Believe" songstress opened up about her fashion and style, saying she will not be cutting her hair or downgrade from her favorite clothing despite her age.

"I just can't believe I will be 80 at some point, sooner than I wish," she said.

The "Sonny and Cher" performer then added, "and I will still be wearing my jeans. And I will still be wearing long hair. And I will still be doing the same stuff I've always done." (via Page Six)

How Old Is Cher and Does She Feel Old?

Cher turned 77 in May of 2023 and she will enter her 80s in a few years, but the big question is: does she feel old?

During her birthday celebration earlier this year, the famed singer tweeted, "Ok, Will Someone PLEASE Tell me..... When Will I Feel OLD."

In the recent interview, the musician said she and another friend were talking about when they will decide to cut their hair and stop wearing jeans because "it seemed like in those days that's what women did."

Her answer? Cher said the feeling hasn't hit her yet.

Regarding her unbelievable beauty, the musician credited her genes, especially from her mother Georgia Holt, who unfortunately passed away late last year at the age of 96.

Despite aging, the singer begs the question if feeling old makes you younger, but one thing is for sure, she will still "keep up with the trends."

Cher New Album Coming Soon?

The recent interview comes almost half a year after the singer confirmed that she was making two new albums with her now-ex-boyfriend, Alexander "A.E." Edwards.

She revealed that she had been collaborating with the producer to work on a new musical project in the United Kingdom.

However, the pair eventually broke up in May 2023 and it's unclear whether the album would still push through or not.
