The holiday season is fast approaching and Cher has a very special surprise for you! After performing and releasing countless tracks over the decades-long span of her career, the musician is finally going to release her first Christmas album ever; check out all the details below.
Taking to her official Instagram account, the 77-year-old legend shared two album covers for her first-holiday project.
The first one features the musician standing on what appears to be a pile of snow as ornaments surround her. A big silver text of her name could be seen above her as she donned a white button-down shirt and a pair of jeans.

"Are you spending Christmas with me?" she wrote.
Cher Christmas Album Release Date
The second album art is more of a glam version as the singer put on her blonde wig as she flaunts her hourglass figure while wearing a silver gown as she stood in front of glaciers.
"Christmas already? But I've got nothing to wear..." she wrote in the caption.
It appears the album is simply titled "Christmas." It's currently available for pre-save, but the singer has yet to reveal the official release date of her new album.
It's safe to assume that it would come out sometime around October or November, just in time for the holidays.
Cher Christmas Album Details
The recent news comes a few days after Cher started teasing her fans on social media by posting several short videos with her song "Belive," which seemed like it was remixed.
Cher confirmed in an interview with Good Morning Britain that her 27th studio album, which is Christmas-themed, will be released anytime soon.
Regarding some featuring artists, the musician said there would be a lot of collaborators in the album, but she couldn't name one of them just yet.
"I'm really, really excited because there's millions of people on it! I've never had duets! I've never had people on any of my records! This was a last-minute thing. [I can't drop any names] but they're special. All of them," she told the morning news program. (via Attitude)
She also gave fans an insight into what her album would sound like, saying it's not "your mother's Christmas album," but rather a "Cher Christmas album."
