Taylor Swift might be busy with her "Eras Tour" recently, but it was reported that she had been quietly seeing a popular NFL athlete named Travis Kelce.

More recently, it was revealed that the football player admitted something just days before he and the musician were rumored to be seeing each other.

According to Page Six, the NFL player made a shocking confession during one of the episodes of his podcast titled "New Heights."

Along with his brother, Jason Kelce, he opened up about the reality TV dating show "Catching Kelce" in which he admitted that he only accepted the offer because he was "broke" at the time.

His brother said he thought the athlete was "looking for love."

He later admitted that he was, and right now, he is "Still searching for it."

It appears that Kansas City Chiefs had been single for a while as he added, "10 years later and still nothing."

The recent news comes after a source spoke with The Messenger and revealed that Taylor Swift has a new potential partner.

"Taylor and Travis have been quietly hanging out... She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago," a source revealed.

Months before the rumors started circulating, it was reported that Travis Kelce attempted to pass his phone number to the pop superstar during one of her concerts, but he failed to do so.

As of this writing, neither of the two has confirmed whether they have a romantic thing going on or not.

Taylor Swift '1989 (Taylor's Version)' Will Feature Matty Healy?

In other updates, The Sun reported that Taylor Swift and her rumored ex-boyfriend, Matty Healy, were said to have a collaboration on the singer's new album "1989 (Taylor's Version)."

There is still no confirmation on whether the rumors were true or what the title of the track would be, but if ever it happens, this would be their first time collaborating following their breakup in June 2023.

"Taylor and Matty recorded the song when they were dating... They're not even in contact any more but there's no hard feelings and Taylor will still release the tune," the insider told the outlet.

Taylor Swift's "1989 (Taylor's Version)" will be released on October 27, 2023.
