Lily Allen is being accused of misleading a music agency about her comeback tour.

Executives at EC1 claim that they were working with Allen on a 2013 comeback tour before she became pregnant, according to Star UK and several other British outlets. They allege that Allen told them to continue working on plans for a tour in 2014 or 2015, but then the Sheezus singer changed course and hired United States firm Creative Artists Agency to run her tour this fall.

EC1 are seeking more than 100,000 pounds (roughly $163,000) for breaking the contract and creating pointless labor. Allen's camp told the Mail on Sunday newspaper they "will be defending the matter vigorously."

Lawsuit aside, Allen is prepping to hit Florida for a trio of dates before continuing with the rest of her tour. Check out the full schedule below:
