"The Eras Tour" just kicked off in Latin America over the weekend and fans couldn't help to notice that the venues for the massive series of concerts have constantly played Lady Gaga's song "Applause." Although it wasn't confirmed, it could potentially be due to Taylor Swift's adoration for the pop star.

Amid the 10th anniversary of Gaga's album "ARTPOP," a previous interview of her went viral where she talked about the "Cruel Summer" hitmaker."

Speaking with Howard Stern in 2014, as reported by MTV, the Academy Award-winning artist said she couldn't say anything bad about Swift even though they only met a few times at the time.

However, her most unforgettable moment was when they sat near each other during the American Music Awards in 2013.

Taylor Swift Loves Lady Gaga's 'ARTPOP'

In the interview, Gaga recalled to Stern that when they had the chance to interact, Swift immediately told her that she loved her album.

"It was at the AMAs or something - her and I were sitting next to each other, and she goes, 'Oh my god! I love ARTPOP! And I love 'Applause!' 'Applause' is my favorite song!'" she said.

Initially, Mother Monster thought Taylor Swift was only telling that to her because they sat next to each other and she really wasn't a fan.

"I said to myself, 'I like this girl.' You know why? Because she said the same thing to my face as she said behind my back... Yeah, I like her," she added.
