Jamie Foxx was seen working again for the first time months after he was hospitalized due to a mysterious disease.

After making a few appearances over the past few months, Foxx was spotted looking healthier than ever after facing an issue almost a year ago. The "Hot Wings" singer, this time, was pictured with his costar, Cameron Diaz.

The Mirror UK shared sneak peaks taken on the set of Foxx and Cameron's upcoming movie, "Back in Action." The "DJ Play a Love Song" singer was indeed back in action as he strolled the area in casual clothes.

Foxx has not spoken about his health ordeal since it happened in April 2023, but he seemingly hinted at what happened to him when he gave a speech at the Critics Choice Association Awards on December 4. At that time, he received the Vanguard Award for his performance in "The Burial."

"I want to thank everybody. I've been through something. I've been through some things," he said. "It's crazy, I couldn't do that six months ago. I couldn't actually walk too... I wouldn't wish what I went through on my worst enemy, because it's tough when you almost... When it's almost over, when you see the tunnel."

He shared how his health battle helped him develop a new respect for life and his art.

He also turned the rumors that he had been cloned into a joke, telling the audience members he was real. He then ended his speech by thanking his "The Burial" team and everyone who helped him to survive what happened six months ago.

While Foxx is now busy with his new projects, he lost some gigs to help himself focus on recuperation.

FOX tapped Nick Cannon to temporarily host "Beat Shazam" with Kelly Osbourne, who had been doing Corinne's role as a guest DJ.

In July, he shared a video on Instagram in which he said he did not want people to see him when he was sick.

"It's been an unexpected dark journey," he wrote in another post, "but I can see the light... I'm thankful to everyone that reached out and sent well wishes and prayers... I have a lot of people to thank... u just don't know how much it meant... I will be thanking all of you personally... and if you didn't know... GOD IS GOOD... all day every day."
