    Irving Azoff, head of Global Music Rights, which manages the performance rights for Pharrell Williams, John Lennon, The Eagles, Ryan Tedder and others, has fired a warning shot at YouTube. A very large warning shot to the tune of $1 billion according to The Hollywood Reporter. Azoff has informed YouTube that it no longer has the rights to the 20,000-song catalog possessed by Global Music Rights, notably with the coming launch of YouTube's streaming service to try and complete with Spotify and Pandora. However, as one might expect, Google is not going to give in to Azoff.

There are always months of speculation and fan forum buzz about potential artists who may be joining the lineup. One or two leaks happen via artist websites, tour websites like Bandsintown or Songkick or even other promoters, which is what happened in this situation. A Dublin based promoter, ChoiceCuts, leaked that Flying Lotus would be on the Coachella 2015 lineup after FlyLo was forced to reschedule his gig there due to scheduling conflict that arose because of Coachella.

    Earlier today, TMZ published a story about Tyga thinking his baby mamma Blac Chyna was "unfit to properly care for their child because she twerks and parties to much," "seems more interested in hitting the clubs than parenting their 2-year-old son King Cairo," and "has lost her focus on caring for the little boy" because she's "more interested in making a spectacle of herself ... twerking day and night when there's a camera in sight." They claim Tyga "lost it when he saw the double twerk" video of her and Amber Rose and decided to "file legal docs asking for primary custody." Tyga has now responded, claiming the whole report was made up. He's also not too happy about them involving his son in their gossip.

    It is the most wonderful time of the year and that means obviously means nativity scenes. Ok not always obvious, but when a clip of an 11-year old Björk narrating a nativity scene on Icelandic TV surfaces, it becomes something you pay attention to. The clip is entirely in Icelandic, so unless you understand Icelandic, this will be some very tough sledding and difficult for you to understand, but it is still amusing to watch. The 1976 black and white clip sees Björk Guðmundsdóttir, narrate the nativity scene with a similarly aged group of children from the Reykjavík Children's Music School. It was originally broadcasted on Icelandic TV station RUV.

    That resource has been a treasure trove for enterprising and inventive producers looking to give their tracks an otherworldly vibe that you can't find down here. Five of these producers, Davide Cairo known professionally as edisonnoside, Giacomo Muzzacato, known professionally as Yakamoto Kotzuga, Francesco Novera, Geremia Vinattieri and Jhon Williams, also known as JWCM were intrigued by the sounds. They were contacted by Italian collective, Farbrica Music Area to work on a soundtrack for the documentary about aliens. The byproduct was a four-song EP titled 80UA, named after the dimensions of our solar system measured in Astronomical Units.

The reality TV star and the Yeezus rapper teamed up for a campaign with haute couture brand Balmain for their spring/summer 2015 menswear collection. The fashion designer's creative director Oliver Rousteing announced the campaign by posting a few shots from their fashion shoot with Mario Sorrenti to his Instagram with the caption, "#itsallaboutlove." Pascal Dangin served as art director.
