Lee Brice Shares 'The Drinking Class' Video, Country Star Pops His Blue Collar in Salute to the Working Class [WATCH]
Lee Brice is at the top of his game right now, coming off the solid September release of his third studio effort "I Don't Dance." The successful songwriter salutes the working class in his new video for the album's second single "Drinking Class." As "Rolling Stone Country" points out, this is not some tip-of-the-cap single to weekend debauchery. Brice aims to honor the men and women who work hard all week long and relax even harder when the weekend hits."I wanted to pay tribute to the hardworking men and women who get up every day and work hard to provide for their families," he told "RSC." "It's where I come from and where my heart is."Images of labor, sweat and family pervade the video below before scenes of bar antics take hold. The song is a prime example of why Brice is one of the genre's most talented songwriters. -

Willow and Jaden Smith's Wacky 'New York Times' Interview: Will Smith's Kids Talk Prana Energy, Music Together
Jaden and Willow Smith's new interview with "The New York Times" is quotable, insightful and, at times, a little crazy. The two offspring of actor/rapper Will Smith have a lot to say about life, but they say it in a way that is fit for someone older and wiser. In the four years since "Whip My Hair," it seems Willow has been studying some really interesting stuff."When I look back I think, 'Wow, I did so much for young black girls and girls around the world. Telling them that they can be themselves and to not be afraid to be themselves,'" the 14-year-old said. "And I'm doing that now but in a whole different way, coming from [a] source [of] energy and universal truths."The two discussed their creative processes and how Jaden likes to piece things together as opposed to Willow letting the beat inspire her. They also like to collaborate, and apparently they view the partnership in terms of ... chocolate."Me and Jaden just figured out that our voices sound like chocolate together," Willow said. "As good as chocolate tastes, it sounds that good."The brother and sister also touched on Prana energy, because they know what it is, and related art to shocking people. -
Faith Evans Planning Notorious B.I.G. Duets Album: 'One More Chance' Singer Calls Project 'The King and I' [WATCH]
Faith Evans recently revealed that she is planning a duets album featuring her late husband, The Notorious B.I.G., aka Christopher Wallace. The pair last hooked up on the 2005 posthumous "The Final Chapter." Evans told HipHollywood that the project was inspired by Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole's 1991 effort "Unforgettable." It is tentatively titled "The King and I.""It's something I've been thinking about doing for many, many years," the singer told HipHollywood. "So I finally got all my ducks in a row to try and make it happen."As for what the album would contain, Evans offered this: "It is definitely unheard music. Unheard music in the presentation of it. That's what I will say."The project is still in its infancy, so there is not much to go on, but Evans does not specifically say there will be previously unreleased verses by Biggie on the album. If it is going to be in the same vein as "Unforgettable," then there will probably be edited remixes of Biggie tunes with Evans accompanying on vocals."I'm just getting into actually working on it," she added. "It's going to be really, really dope."Fans can expect to hear some music from the project within the next year.
