Himanshu (Heems) came to fame as a member of oddball rap duo Das Racist. Now, he releases solo mixtapes and (apparently) reviews J. Cole's Born Sinner for artist-on-artist review site The Talkhouse. Since the website had a watershed moment yesterday via Lou Reed's review of Yeezus it makes sense that the website would want to put out Kanye competitor Cole's album next. In the review, Heems gives a history of indie rock and rap collaborations and let's it be known that he is not a fan of the "Crooked Smile" rapper. -
50 Cent Domestic Violence: Rapper Kicks and Assaults Baby Mama, Destroys Toluca Lake Condo, Could Face 5 Years in Jail and $46,000 Fines [VIDEO]
Rapper 50 Cent was officially slapped with domestic violence charges after an altercation that took place on June 23, 2013. Allegedly, the "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" superstar kicked and injured one of his ex-girlfriends (also his baby mama) at her Toluca Lake, CA condo. During the assault, 50 Cent (real name,Curtis Jackson) also destroyed the unidentified woman's home. If found guilty, the rapper could face five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.
