Ringo Starr was honored last night with the Lifetime of Peace and Love award from the David Lynch Foundation during a tribute concert at El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles. Lynch, who directed Blue Velvet and Mullholland Drive, was celebrating his 68th birthday, Rolling Stone reports. -
