Unfortunately, Simmons has been MIA for the majority of 2014, and it took until now for it to really click. TMZ is reporting that Simmons is suffering from a knee injury that will ultimately require him to have his left knee replaced. A source close to Simmons claims he is terrified of the surgery, but without it doctors have told him he will never exercise again. The fitness expert has apparently let the fear overwhelm him to the point of inactivity. Rather than take the necessary steps to heal his body, he has stayed hidden, growing more depressed as time goes on.READ MORE

People with both conditions often have severe side effects to the necessary medication and hallucinations are common. Patients may see phantom people, animals or objects, and they often try to converse with the hallucinations.READ MORE
