    Over the last year, Cash Money Records has been in dire financial straits, which has been ever apparent in the frustrations voiced by its artists, especially its marquee artist Lil Wayne. In an attempt for former Hot Boys rapper Young Turk to get payment in full for royalties due, he sued Cash Money records for $1.3 million back in February and has now settled the lawsuit.

Now Turk has filed a motion of default against the record label as it failed to reply within the legally required 21 days.
