The verse sees Kendrick at almost "Control" levels of bravado, calling himself the "Rap Derek Jeter," acknowledging his greatness "ask me how long do it take to be the greatest / I'm the Broadway ho, swish it, swish it / Damn Kanye never will I be safe, bitch I already know." -

Lamar is listed with a writing credit on the original version, so it's possible that this remix will be the version that makes the new album, So Help Me God. -
