Apparently, the dude did not like the fact that Glanville's two boys with Eddie Cibrian will always be her first priority, and so she stepped over him publicly. The latest season of "RHOBH" is only a few episodes in and already Glanville has been seen attempting to patch things up with her one-time mentor Lisa Vanderpump and focus her attention on her girlfriends rather than desperately seeking Mr. Right.

    Bravo has been pretty smart in the way it has handled the newest season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." It purposely added two soap stars to the cast — Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson — but they spaced out their debuts, probably for maximum affect. Rinna was in on the action with the rest of the cast right from the season premiere, but it waited until the third episode for Davidson's debut. While nothing too traumatic went down last night, Dec. 2, between Davidson and anyone else, we already know from the trailer that she and Rinna have at least one glass-throwing incident and they are not exactly the best of friends at all. They crossed paths years ago on "Days of Our Lives" and clearly never gelled. It is pretty obvious already that Bravo is expecting Davidson to cause some friction among the ladies, and that seems to be a role she is already comfortable playing.

Season five of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" premiered last week and the numbers look really good. 2 million households tuned in to catch up with the ladies and that is a 25% ratings increase over last season. While series regulars Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville, Yolanda Foster, Kyle Richards and Kim Richards all returned it was likely the newcomers that helped to give those numbers a boost.

"This is very close to doing "Melrose Place" without a script in your hand. Like everything in life, it's all about timing. It's funny, when I went on to "Melrose Place" it was Year 5. This is Year 5 of "Housewives" ... To be honest with you, after talking about it with my husband, it's been a really great gig for me. It felt right, to be honest with you ... and I like an adventure, I was looking for an adventure."

    Soap vet Eileen Davidson is one of the busiest women working in daytime television. She is currently starring on "The Young and the Restless" as Ashley Abbott, a character she created back in the 1980s. She is also filming for the upcoming season of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and later this week she will end her run on "Days of Our Lives" as the mischievous Kristen DiMera. Davidson had signed on to bring DiMera back to Salem for a quick three-month run and her storyline will wrap up Nov. 6 just in time for her debut on Bravo.

It was only a matter of time before a reality series comprised of daytime stars would hit the air and we've just learned that a new project has been given the green light.
