    Bruce Springsteen won his first Grammy on this day 30 years ago, a Best Rock Vocal Performance (Male) for "Dancing in The Dark." The Boss has gone on to gather quite a few more, totaling 20 wins over these last three decades. His most successful period came between 2003 and 2010, a stretch that left him in elite company: One of only five performers to win a Grammy in at least seven consecutive years.
