Last month, Los Angeles rapper Ty Dolla $ign shared his Diplo-produced track, "Stand For," and today Diplo has shared a radical remix of the song featuring two of Brooklyn indie rock's biggest stars: Ed Droste of Grizzly Bear and Rostam Batmanglij of Vampire Weekend. The track has been re-titled "Long Way Home" and replaces Ty's verses with Droste's gorgeous vocals, as well as some other embellishments from Batmanglij. "[I]t's about time that indie rock acts started to co-opt rap beats!," Diplo said in the song's original Soundcloud description. -

Hip-hop producer DJ Mustard has shared the lyric video for his track "Face Down," featuring Lil Wayne, Big Sean, YG, and Lil Boosie, which you can check out below. The video basically shifts back and forth between two background images: a silhouette of a pole-dancing stripper for the chorus (of course) and a ton of neon-lit hundred dollar bills floating through space for the verses (of course).
