Salt-N-Pepa Reunite with 'Push It' in Geico Commercial [WATCH]
There are few tracks that have stood the test of time since the 1980s like Salt-N-Pepa's iconic "Push It." Even today, you will hear the instantly recognizable, spacey '80s synths carrying through the mix just about everywhere. Now insurance company GEICO has decided to call on the brilliance of the classic "Push It" for a new commercial. To make things even better, GEICO managed to get Salt-N-Pepa to be in the commercial themselves and perform the songs to a variety of different situations that required people to push things, via CNBC.The trio follows individuals onto an elevator, telling a woman to push a button; into a prenatal exercise class, imploring a woman to push it — though maybe not yet; and then onto a dummy sled, coaching football players to once again push it. The commercial could have at least plugged in the turntables or hooked them up in some way to seem less like a plastic prop, though that is getting picky with such a great commercial. -

'Frozen' 'Let It Go' Gets a 'Breaking Bad' Parody: 'Do You Want to Build a Meth Lab?'
"Frozen's" success has been staggering. Though it is no longer in theaters, its box office success was the fifth largest ever, according to the BBC, and it has sustained sales since the end of last year until now with DVD and soundtrack sales, notably being the only album, besides Taylor Swift's, to sell 1 million copies in 2014. It has inspired plenty of covers, including a Movember-themed one, remixes and mashups as well, and now because the Internet we have a must-watch Breaking Bad version of one of Frozen's songs, "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" via "Huffington Post."Taking two of the most popular cinematic pieces that have been released in the past two years and mashing them together is a genius idea. It is surprising it took this long to happen. The video is well-done, with quality cartoon animation that captures many different themes of the show, like the fly in the lab. The lyrics are written right in rhythm with the instrumental of "Frozen" that somehow makes the theme of cooking meth sound so cheery and happy. -
