Janet Jackson is allegedly entangled in a yo-yo diet nightmare.

Within a mere ten months, the Grammy award-winning singer has managed to gain a staggering 75 pounds, essentially undoing her previous weight loss efforts in preparation for her highly anticipated tour.

According to recent evaluations conducted by medical professionals, Janet Jackson has reportedly gained a significant amount of weight. The experts, who were shown a series of photographs taken in March 2023 and compared them to more recent ones, estimated that Janet now weighs around 187 pounds.

Tour Troubles

According to the source who spoke to the National Enquirer, she had worked hard to shed 80 pounds in preparation for the previous year's tour, but unfortunately, she gained it all back.

"Now she's got to do it again, and it'll be hell on her body!"

Reports are circulating that the "That's The Way Love Goes" hitmaker is struggling with excessive eating, as well as difficulties in breathing and mobility.

Concerns are growing that if she fails to shed the extra pounds, it may force her to cancel the remainder of her tour.

Weighty Concerns

This is not the first time Janet Jackson's going through a significant weight loss journey in preparation for her time in the limelight.

In preparation for her "State of the World" tour, which started in 2019, she successfully shed an impressive 70 pounds.

However, by October 2022, she had regained all her lost weight, with a medical professional estimating a weight gain of approximately 80 pounds.

According to inside sources, it has been mentioned that Janet might consider resorting to an unconventional pharmaceutical remedy known as Ozempic on this occasion.

Building upon the incredible success of her tour, "Together Again," in 2023, Janet's forthcoming concert dates continue her phenomenal career.

Instead of embarking on another journey with rapper Ludacris, Janet has opted to join forces with Nelly for the upcoming series of performances in 2024.

The crowd eagerly awaits whether the "All for You" songstress will surprise them with fresh melodies.

Despite teasing the inclusion of new tracks in the 2023 setlist during the tour announcement, Janet has yet to unveil any original music since her self-titled album in 2022.

It's still best to take the outlet's report about Janet's diet with a grain of salt.
