As hilarious and entertaining as Cyrus was in front of the cameras, her smile and infectious laugh did not slip nor waver even behind the scenes as a video of her and Flavor Flav made its rounds online.
"You know it's me, I made it!" the "Flowers" hitmaker said as she came over to the rapper for a hug at the backstage of the Grammys.
"You don't think I'm Gwen Stefani anymore," she added as Flav laughed and admitted his mistake. "You used to call me Gwen every time I saw you. I love it! I love you!"

Miley Cyrus Finally Receives Flowers for 'Flowers'
Cyrus finally received her flowers at the 2024 Grammys after winning Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo for her hit song "Flowers."
"This M.C. is going to stand by this M.C. because this is just too iconic," the singer said, referring to Mariah Carey, who presented her with the award.
"Oh my god, I just got stuck in the rain and traffic and thought I was going to miss this moment. And I could have missed the award - that's fine - but not Mariah Carey! I just saw you at the Hollywood Bowl. It was everything."
In her acceptance speech for Record of the Year, she said, "This award is amazing, but I really hope it doesn't change anything because my life was beautiful yesterday.
"Not everyone in the world will get a Grammy, but everyone in this world a spectacular. So please don't think that this is important, even though it's very important, right, guys?"
