Taylor Swift will not appear and perform at the famed Hollywood sign in Los Angeles despite reports.

The buzz began when media outlets claimed on Tuesday morning that Swift and her team would need to prepare due to the full-swing production of her alleged performance at the landmark in partnership with Disney+.

However, that does not seem to be the case.

Taylor Swift Is NOT Performing at the Hollywood Sign

New reports said the production was halted following the announcement. However, Variety confirmed Swift was never scheduled to do a project at any point.

For what it's worth, Philip Soloski of FilmLA told TMZ that he just learned about the canceled schedule. His company handled the permitting for the aforesaid shoot.

The talks started when signs along Mulholland Highway near the Hollywood Sign emerged. It also had a notice that read - "Disney + TS," with fans assuming that the "TS" was the "Lover" singer.

"We're told residents in the vicinity feel like this is a massive eyesore, and not just that - but it's creating a bunch of foot traffic and ruckus that's disturbing their peace and way of life. We're told there's been a lot of internal communication among different home associations and other orgs ... and let's just say, folks there aren't happy with Taylor's incoming presence," TMZ noted in its report.

Variety said the news about Disney+ release of "Taylor Swift - The Eras Tour" also contributed to the false alarm.
