Amber Rose is apparently one smart chick. Before marrying Wiz Khalifa last July she got him to sign an eight-page prenup that entitles her to a lump sum, million dollar payout. Aside from that she had also asked for spousal support of around $5k a month as well. She is apparently asking for the document to be enforced and so far Khalifa is in agreement with that. The fact is he stands to lose a lot more cash if they end up hashing out financial matters in court. The one thing that they aren't in agreement about is their one-year-old son, Sebastian.

Rose filed for primary physical custody which means that Khalifa would have visitation rights. He's not happy with that and has since filed for joint custody, meaning that he and Rose would divide their time with Sebastian fairly evenly. It's an interesting development because earlier this week we learned that Khalifa wanted Rose to stay at home with the baby while he was out on the road working as the family bread winner. Does this mean that since they have split he now wants to be at home more with his son?

Sources close to the former couple say that the split is a bitter one and not all of the details are lining up. Rose claimed in her divorce filing that they just split last Monday while sources close to Khalifa claim he left his wife weeks ago. How do you think this situation is going to shake out? Are Rose and Khalifa going to end up taking all of their resentment out on a custody battle over their son?
